Hello mate,
"1 nil to the Arsenal" will do but it will be a nerve jangling night I'm sure. As for getting out of a bath that one my friend you will have to do a study on and then post your results on-line, but take care in the meantime and thinking shrink as ever.

Hi Ali

Poor mum and dad having to feed you constantly. Try not to give them too bad a time, and remember if you eat too much your mum will be struggling even more to wheel Chorlton along, she will end up like Ms Universe!!!

Train to Annecy sounds great. We went on a long train ride in Peru, right across the Alti-plain and it was the most amazing journey. Never really thought about train journeys before but you certainly do see a lot that you miss my car and plane.

Did you get much snow in Hertfordshire today? We had quite a blizzard this morning but none of it has settled, probably a good thing in this country. We are looking forward to Val D'Isere Sunday week and shall see some of New Gen when they spend a day with the Daily Mail Ski group. Is there someone we should say Hi to?

Still thinking shrink all the time Ali. You are constantly in our thoughts.

Much love as always

Hi Ali,

Good to hear that you are still eating your parents out of their house! It is all good, it will help your body to heal, all you have to make sure is that you lose it after!!!

We are into the last week of the season and can you believe that it is still snowing proper snow, just as cold and fluffy as it is in Jan, it is mad, it should be warm and sunny!

I need to ask you for some advice, it is Mo's birthday next week and I want to get him one of those things that you and he both like that fly (not to crash in the trees like you did!) Is there any good shops in our or Annecy area that you could recommmend that I go to, to get one? Also any other advice is good, as Mo wants one of the big ones! If you have a moment could you email me any info, please! sally@thesnowinstitute.com

We are still thinking shrink up here and wish you all the best on Thursday. I will have my fingers crossed for you!

Take care and speak to you soon,
Lots of Love,
Sally x (Mo Duffy's better half!)

Hi Ali, I just put your name into youtube and saw all the lovely videos people have made for you.

I had to leave the party early the other night as my parents arrived to visit me. Looks like i missed out on quite a night eh!!

Take care, don't worry too much about putting on a bit of weight as i'm sure it will drop off as soon as you're up to a spot of mountain walking.

Lots of love, Simone xx

Hello food monster. Hmmmm I see you're putting up some serious competition for my normally uncontested title of 'she who eats constantly'. I shall make more of an effort. Pass the croque monsieur please...

Drove through Annecy yesterday and so had an extra extra big THINK SHINK while at the traffic lights by the canal.

Have you caught a brummie accent from Chorlton yet? ;-)

Hey Ali,

Food monster no less...I wouldn't worry, we can help you get fit & loose any excess weight once you are off the steriods. At least try and eat healthy food and not too much chocolate, which I know you love.

I will try and visit you in Annency or in Blighty (depends where you are) once the season is completed here in Meribel.

It snowed last night & looked beautiful this morning.

Thinking shrink! Stay strong :-)

Loads of love

Nikki xxxxx

PS - Message for the Conways, I think I will be in Val D'Isere for the Daily Mail trip so hopefully I will meet you then
