Friday Evening

Hello everyone!

I still can't see too well so I wont be long I'm afraid. Today was great, I woke up at 4am but felt that I wanted to sleep through and so I did! Normally I need to do something like go on my lapdog or listen to a talking book, but it didn't happen. Thats a big step for me. Each day I find little steps like that take place and it's normallly forgotten inless it's big. Jet notices how I am and the changes as well,

So, I got up at 8.30, brekkie, bed, up at 1pm, lunch, chill, we even walked outside and sat in the sun. It was simply lovelly just sitting in the sun just talking about things. Wow. Every day I hope to go out and do the same. If i can see more tomorrow I'll write more so I have to apologise for this meagre amount......;-)

Love

AL

How happy, excited and thrilled we all are to have you back here with us in the Alps. To see you on Tuesday night is the biggest highlight I have had this year. Just brill. You know you are still the same lovely, genuine, funny, gorgeous guy you always were just in a slighly different body. (being a mum I feel the same on a regular basis!) So bloody pleased the sun is shining here for you because just like you we feel it really is a wonderful place to be. Three cheers for you, Jeanette, Phil, Martin, Deirdre, your family and all your friends who have made it possible with think shrink vibes to get you here. (hope this makes sense!!)
Love you lots, CArolyn and JOhn.

Hey Ali

Thinking of you as Charlie has gone off yet again with Si, proudly wearing his flying suit - I need to get it off him to put in the wash - any ideas??

You are in my thoughts every moment of everyday, but now I can comfort myself that at last you are back where you belong. Try not to tire yourself too much with visits and visitors and respond to the needs of your body, it needs all your energy to heal. Take care of Jeanette and keep focused on the future one tiny step at a time,(nag over:0))

I will be supporting the gunners this afternoon for some reason - as I have a house full of the lads - I thought I had successfully moved away from all that - what happened, who told them where we live!?

Take it easy Ali and I look forward to chatting to you soon,

much love always Jo xx

Hi Ali

So lovely to read you are enjoying that wonderful mountain sunshine, something we are looking forward to in April in Val D'Isere. Sunshine is the best tonic and in fact David and I are enjoying the beautiful clear blue sky here in England sitting in our conservatory, it's like being in the garden in the sunshine. I am really looking forward to tomorrow when Stewart, Jo and little Freya come over for the day. Keep up the healing and listen to your body and don't overdo things, I know everyone wants to say hi but you must take care of yourself. Keep up the sunny smiles you have for everyone. All our love as always Ali to you and Jeanette.
The Conways, Chris, David, Stewart, Jo, Freya, Sarah & Daniel xxxxxxx

Hi Ali, so great to see you the other night. I was thrilled to see that you're still the same cheeky chap, even if you have been eating all the chocolate...nowhere is safe. I have given up chocolate for lent...it's tricky! I don't recommend it.
I hope all is well at Martin and Deirdre's? Keep letting us know about the little improvements, it must be the mountain air. Take care & keep sleeping, it's helping the shrinking :-)
See you very soon, all my love, Nix xxx

Nikki has given up chocolate for lent...is she mad!!! I've given up lettuce! It's SUCH a sacrifice!!

Anyway, hope you're keeping well at Martin and Deirdre's. Can't wait to see you again when you're back over this neck of the woods.

Lots of love

Dear Alisatir,
well done for doing. I also think sitting in the sun is good medicine. God is good to us....I think your job is just to keep on doing & getting well, if you could care for yourself as would for Little Charlie (for instance) you would be doing a fine thing.....God has no doubt blessed you with a fine woman & a fine family.

God bless you all....
Peace

Hey Ali,

Just wanted to let you know we're all still thinking about you, wishing you well and sending shrinking vibes across to France.

Parents always know best and Mother Nature and Father Time are no exception so leave it in their hands and rest up and let your body do it's thang.

Remember aswell that we're your friends and we care about you. So, know that you can always be honest with us.

Lots of love
