Friday Morning

It’s 4am and I’m trying to sleep, Good job I’ve got my laptop!! So I’ll write the blog.
I’m sorry that I’ve not written anything for a few days, it’s just that nothing much has happened.

I’m really happy at Chalet Tarentaise, I so feel that I m looked after by Martin and Deirdre. It’s coming to an end though, off to the hospital for a scan.

Thanks to you all everything should be fine though 0 of course I’ll write the blog so you’ll all know

Love

ALi

Dear Ali

I have been thinking about Easter, remember, the blackest night was followed by the amazing new dawn on Easter Sunday - you have been walking in the black night of despair for so long, dizzy and disorientated, it is time to emerge, blinking, into the sun and the new dawn of health that is coming your way.

Face next week with courage, stand tall and strong, and know that we are all standing strong, just behind you, willing you on. You are not alone.

xx

Hi Ali. Am looking forward to reading good news after your scan. Todays blog bodes well for you; with only one typing error evident. Good skills! O.K. so who is the nit-picker who takes an age to type a comment? Keep on keeping on. Awrabest!

Hi Ali

Good to know you are being well looked after by Martin & Deidre (lovely people!).

Been doing lots of thinking shrink since I was at the Chalet and we met and I've been sending you lots of good vibes/healing every since.

Really hope you have managed to make an appointment with the guy I mentioned in Glouscester as I really think he could do you alot of good.

With regards the dizziness you could try imagining a bright white light beaming down on you into you head but most importantly it then carrys on down through your body into the ground via your feet. This will help focus you energy downwards and hopefully help reduce the dizziness you are experiencing.

Good luck with the scan.

loads of love & light

PS the lesson with John was fab-thanks soooooo much!

Hey Ali,

Good to read another blog from you - it's always a treat when there is a fresh message.

Gareth and I are down in Cornwall for Easter staying with my folks. It's my Dad's 80th birthday on Easter Monday so we are having a small bash for him to celebrate with friends, neighbours and the ever present Paras!

Will be walking on Polzeath tomorrow and while I/We think about you everyday, I especially think of you then.

You have all of our support and postive thoughts to you, Jeanette and all of your family. It's a tough road you're travelling AllyBally, but you've made us all proud and you are an inspiration.

If you have any spare time when you're back in the UK do give me a bell as I'd love to see you - it's been so long!

Eat lots of easter eggs and today of course, hot cross buns!

Lots of love

Jane-Anne (and all of my lot!)

Hi Ali

Sounds as though you have been thoroughly looked after during your stay back in the Alps, with Martin and Deirdre pulling out all the stops to help you enjoy your stay, not to mention Jeanette, your family and all your friends.

We wish we could have been some help to you but hopefully our thinking shrink is helping. We think about you every day and we wish all the best on your journey back to the UK.

Keep smiling Ali.

All our love as always

Hey Ali - was just thinking the other day that this must be the first season in over 20 years that you have not strapped on a pair of skis.

The world without Ali on skis doesn't seem quite right. Get better soon mate.

Hi Ali

Happy Easter!!

It was lovely to see you last week and I was sorry not to see you again before I left yesterday...... but Angela is definitely up for a course in January and I am sure the others - Farell, Gunilla, Andy, Dallas et al - will be too. It would be great to get the old crowd back together again.

Will be thinking of you this week. Hope the scan is good.

Much love

Hello mate,
Well I hope you had a good easter and haven't gorged yourself on too many chocolate eggs. Belle was gutted as Cara now loves chocolate so her normal quota has shrunk by half this year, so I had to go and buy her the biggest egg in the shop to keep her happy (pregnant women, needs must).
We think of you everyday and will be thinking shrink with the scan coming up soon. Take care enjoy the rest of your stay in the Alpes and look forward to seeing you soon,

Hi Ali

It was great to see you the other day with Blair. It was a shame the skis did'nt fit as I could have done with your magical powers to guide me through the powder here in St Foy!

We are back in the UK on the 13th April, so if you require any chauffeuring to Bebo's it will be my pleasure to take you for a coffee, or a drive or anywhere you want to go!

Good luck with the scan and we are still thinking shrink, as always.

All the best

Paul, Amanda, Emma and Georgia
