Happy St Pat's!!!! The best of Irish to all Ali Bloggers!

Diana and Ian - what an achievement and a most excellent date to choose! Many, many congratulations.
Now Ian, we were convinced that when you went up on the roof to fix stuff, Diana used to take the ladder away until you were finished - is that the secret to a long and happy marriage?

Ali is a pint of the black stuff completely out of the question today bearing in mind what a doubly special day it is?

Lots of love and best wishes

Dear Alistair,
Things are looking up for me, life is far from perfect but I have much to be greatful for. My 2 weeks on the port of Antibes has been extended to 4 & then after a short break I may be starting on a big project in Port Canto in Cannes. A big transformer 20,000 volt & 150 boxes for the boats to plug into (electrics & water). Despite my lack of qualifications & my rough rough french there is a very good opening for me. It looks like God is staying faithful to me & my family. The work is interesting & I will learn much in 6 months. There is a lot less dust than working on buildings & we will be outdoors. Friday the Big Boss came & used a new expression "micro dechets" for very very small pieces of rubbish (very small bits of wire etc).... food for a lot more silliness & taking the mick (micro Hoover, micro rubbish tip etc etc)

Getting up at 6 - 6.15 is not going down to well.......

Gods peace love & wisdom to you & Jeanette & all the clan

Missed your blog Ali and sorry to hear of techy problems. Congratulations to all at New Gen who have successfully provided the Gap Students with a fantastic experience and for most a good qualification on which to begin their snowsport career. James, it has to be said, is bereft at having to leave the chalet and the course he loved so much. He is determined to follow in your footsteps Ali and go all the way to ISTD amd beyond. You are such an inspiration to so many people in so many ways. Thinking Shrink in Lancashire and Courchevel, the Edwards Family x
