Friday afternoon - 13 to go!

Hey folks! 13 treatments to go! I forgot to mention that I don't have a BuzzyMachine music list anymore. The reason is because I'm not as scared of the machine as I was. In fact we all know that she is my friend and trying to help me. Every time I hear that buzz that releases that radiation I imagine knights fighting the tumor and attacking it to make it smaller. Any ideas of visualisation - just fire them over and I promise I will be using them!

I fell asleep in the waiting room today. Kind of surprised myself because I don't like people seeing me dribble! I'm tired now, really tired. Two days break is perfect but not much going on, just keeping my side of the bargain - drink water, sleep and rest (and update the blog!) I hope you like it, we get so many hits (over 2000 since Christmas). It's a two way thing. I write some news an in return get so many positive and lovely messages. Thank you so much.

Love

Ali

Ali

Only 13 treatments to go how good is that! I have had great fun this week being your chauffeur for 3 days - I don't think the Porsche has ever been driven so slowly and sorry to the other Porsche today who so wanted to race us - perhaps you should have driven Ali and shown him how to drive fast!!

Have a great weekend - I hope you drink lots of water, eat and sleep well and generally chill - thinking shrinking all the time - see you next week

lots of love

Hi Ali,

Keep going you're nearly on the home stretch. Still thinkshrinking and wondering if a blunderbuss could bash the tumor away.

Catch up on some r and r over the weekend and check your e mail if you can.

Love Christine xx

Hey Ali
What a treat! You have put in two entries since I last checked the blog. Now then either I'm getting a lot bigger or the tumor is definitely shrinking I can see it!!
So keep up the good wor. This is a slightly off the wall idea I know but.. next time you're getting buzzed...remember the 70s jumping balls with handles called Spacehoppers?? Well imagine you're bouncing around on one of those squashing the tumor into oblivion. You asked for ideas so that's the first thing that popped into my head!! Well if nothing else it'll hopefully make you chuckle away to yourself.
Lots of love to you all, look forward to waiting on you hand and foot out here...counting down! xxx

Bonjour Ali

pensez rétrécissez - not quite the same in French, but just wanted to let you know we're thinkin' of the shrinkin' over here in Meribel. Your blog is brilliant mon ami, and its truly inspirational. I'm afraid my tired brain won't let me write any clever comments like the others, but want you to know I'm thinking of you and am behind you waving garlic and smelly french cheese to make the bugger shrink!
lots of love Emma M (& Victoire!)

What-do Ali?
Imagine Moby Dick doing the salmon dance on it mate! Great to read so much positive stuff, and that passage someone wrote is truly brilliant. Hey, have you heard of the Dunwich Dynamo? Its a 120 mile bike ride from London to Suffolk coast... at night! Look it up on t'internet. Me and a cycling buddy from Hinckley are putting a team together for it this year (19th july), coming?
Thinkus-Shrinkus good buddy.

Dear Alistair,
wishing you well & asking God to be with you & heal you. Thanks for your comments, its good to know that our comments are helping you. Awaiting my new virus test on monday... hoping it will be down to zero or thereabouts... all my joints, bones hurting in right leg...but I need to believe that God has plans to prosper me & not to harm me.

Plan to go to Auron (isolas prettier neighbour) this monday... I dont care how much my knee hurts...the snow has fallen here big time... like everyone else I'm hoping for soft Powder............

unlike everyone else I like powder cause I spend 40% of my boarding time on my A**e & it stops me getting bruised!!!

Praying & expecting Love, healing direction & peace for you, Jeanette all the Rainbacks & us all too In Cagnes sur Mer....

Que Dieu te Benisse......Steve

Hi Ali, At least its dry in your buzzing machine, the temperature here in Morzine has gone sky high and getting some of that good old rain in the village. Next time you get in in the maching you could imagine its the sound of the 6 Channel helicopter you have always wanted ( All be it a pretty noisy one!!!) . I've been doing some research into them and going to buy one soon, I think i will need your help to crash it into the trees a few times when i try a new trick or two!!!!!!!! Take it easy buddy, All send love and kisses from Morzine, Cheers, Mo and Sally

Hi Ali

What about imagining the buzzy machine is like the old "Space Invaders" game every time that its goes to work on your melon!!

All the Gappies are on their way from the airport right now Ali, so its all good...17 now in Courchevel!! woohoo. Wish you were here to meet them all, but hoping you'll be well enough to see them after your treatment.

Hey dribbler!

so glad the treatment is drawing to a close. We're all still thinking the shrink here in Val. I imagine it dissolving - shrinking to a little black blancmange like blob that eventually disappears completely. It is energy that will nail it and even if you're tired I know you have deep reserves or energy mate and we're sending you loads of ours - keep believing, we do.

Take it easy.

Hi Ali

Just thought I'd give you an update. We met all the Gap students and ISIA students tonight - 31 of them in all!! Everything seemed to go fine and they are all really nice. Tom explained your situation to all of them (he did great by the way, but not as good as you!! haha, sorry Tom!) and talked about what you had asked him to say about "Every Second Counts"!! It was really good Ali and wish you had been there.

Anyway hon', just wanted you to know that all is ok and they are excited about their training tomorrow, with a few nerves thrown in! Will keep you posted!

I will sleep tonight now!!

Lots of love
