Hi,
Ali has been feeling really tired today and is sleeping loads so he has asked me to write a brief message tonight.
Ali especially wanted me to say how great it was to go to the Harpenden gang show last night. We saw lots of old friends and it was such good fun singing along and remembering the times we were all up on stage.
Well done to all those still involved, it was a great show and it made us very proud to have been part of such a fantastic unit.
'Something Inside so Strong' (Labi Siffre) was downloaded last night after the show, what an inspiring and powerful song to end the show.

So glad you could make it to the Gang Show last night, and everyone else too. You all really added to the atmosphere. Interesting that you have downloaded that final song - as we were performing it I was thinking about you all along. Sing it inside your head every day - I am sure it will shrink that thing even further if you do.

Hi Ali, Sheila here - ex Salomon. I used to help you guys out with your nightmare annual ski order! Couldn't believe it when I heard your horrid news, so thought I'd join the army of Shrinker Thinkers. I'm now working for Ski Famille (after a rough couple of years after leaving Salomon). All pales into insignificance when reading your story though.

Hi Ali
Hope you are feeling better rested and recharged the batteries to continue shrinking. Keep thinking of the buzzy machine sending out little lassoo's (not sure if thats how you spell lassoo but hopefully you get the idea) and choking the life out of the little s**t. Hope you have a good weekend and tuck into plenty of cakes and treats.
